This program is designed to help your body thrive through the shift into the cooler months. The meals are based on seasonal warming and hearty wholefoods, packed with vegetables and high in protein, fibre and polyphenols to keep your gut happy and support your immune system. Over the 12 days we’ll be doing what is best for your body at this time of year - think porridge, soups, curries, spices, nourishing tea's, daily movement and long soothing baths...need I say more?
It’s 12 days for you, because you damn deserve it!

What is included:

  • 12 Day meal plan listing exactly what to eat for breakfast, lunch, dinner and snacks. The original plan does include meat, fish and seafood but there is a vegetarian version available. All meals are gluten free.

  • All recipes from the eating plan are seasonal with a focus on foods high in anti-oxidants, fibre, protein and anti-inflammation properties. This is not a restrictive program but is about balanced meals and nourishing our bodies.

  • A private Facebook group with where Steph will share additional information/education about why certain foods, meals and cooking methods are recommended. *only available for group program.

Thanks to the team at the The Movement Society you will get access to Virtual MVMT which is the ultimate sculpting library filled with your soon to be favourite workouts you can do anytime, anywhere. From pilates to barre to stretch and sweat, they have hand curated some extra efficient at home workouts for you, all in under 25 minutes a day, with rest days included!
These workouts are optional but will be the perfect compliment to your nutritious meal plan.
